The roof of Global Fitness located at 110 West Price Avenue in North Spokane collapsed today. Sheriff’s marine deputies and members of the Spokane City/County Rescue Dive Team spent about two hours late this morning checking a swimming pool for potential victims after the collapse.
Club members excited the pool just prior to the collapse and evacuated members reported no one else was in the water. The roof over the center of the pool caved in and prevented divers from conducting a thorough search.
