In typical passive aggressive fashion, the one-stroke away from pro-golfer status, Steve Tucker fired his opponant Dave Stevens earlier today.
Tucker, the most absent elected official in Spokane County, cited he fired Stevens for the better interest of the office amid rumors Stevens allegedly called co-workers and told them they were going to be fired. Stevens has denied the accusations. The story line that sounds very simliar to Tucker's election bid which resulted in several terminations once he took office.
Thats OK…. Now Dave Stevens can devote 100% of his energy to his campaign while Steve Tucker will have juggle his part time job as a FULL TIME prosecutor, concentrate on his golf game AND run for another term…. Something has got to give — I'm thinking Tucker wouldn't do anything to endanger his golf handicap.
Its time for a change.
