Crime Stoppers has offered a cash reward for information that leads to the arrest of a fugitive wanted for City Theft.
Guy Whitacre last gave 503 S. Carnahan in Spokane Valley as his home address. His criminal history dates back to 1982 and features convictions for Possession of Controlled Substance, Driving on a Suspended License, Negligent Driving and even Littering.
Whitacre is a 47-year-old white male who is 6’04” tall and weighs 200 pounds. He has brown hair and blue eyes.
Crime Stoppers fugitives are wanted criminal suspects who are avoiding capture by police. This makes them potentially dangerous, and they should only be contacted by law enforcement professionals.
