Eileen is at fault! No question about it.

She didn't give half a care about the safety of any of her children, and her luck ran out when two of them were fine, but the youngest was not. Accords have three seat belts in back. All three could have been properly restrained in the back. Car seats aren't magic bubbles – you must use them correctly. If you can't read an instruction manual, you have no business having kids.

To the relative of Eileen, the 'mother' of the poor little girl gone too soon, if some stranger had hit them and killed the baby, would you feel the same way? Would it still not call for punishment? If a drunk driver killed the baby, wouldn't you want them prosecuted? SAME thing – why does being the mother give her license to kill her child because she's an ignorant dolt?

And if we don't know the "whole story," by all means, enlighten.

What became of this trial?

Why did they believe link and beach? Link did the murder and got away with it in a sense. My cousin sits in prison on their testimony and he wasn't even there. Are link and beach still in prison now? My cousin is! He didn't get a choice on where to serve his time, why did the murderer? guest

I can see both sides, I grew up where fireworks were allowed and also saw when they were banned. Your children will not know the difference. When the majority of those using fireworks don't consider anyone or anything else they need to be stopped. I have a friend who lost her house to a fire caused by a neighbor not watching where the ones he was setting off went, it went under her porch and smoldered. It is just by the grace of God that her girls (whose bedroom was right next to the porch) got out.
You are one sick person if you hate someone just because you can't have fireworks, there are much more important things in life than that and if that is what you are teaching your children, you need help.

uriah used to give me rides home from church he worked at my church living word he was always wierd and his wife never talked 2 anyone at church he was really nice 2 i just cant believe he did that his kids were very nice 2

what the hell is wrong with the f***ing people of spokane legislature or whatever they are it is absoulutley annoying, stupid and idiotic that fireworks are not allowed in spokane! i hate the fact that they are so misguided that they cant see our children being sad that they might never touch a firework along with their childrens, children i say we come together and sign pattitions aate wide to get rid of the horrible law i hate all of the spokane washington government for this reason, it is time for a stand if people want to use fireworks they should be able to and if they dont want to then they are old, paronoid, spineless, and selfish, and i hope they know i hate them with a pasion and think they should be sent to an island with alll the firework haters of the world

i am the medical marajauna person that they were supposed to be growing for,i have never been to the house in question,i only meet the guy twice. i only recived 2.5 ozs period, and then they made me buy my own med.(marajuania) that was grown for me .that i know of i wonder how a person can afford a 2000.00 doller a mounth for his house rent,plus he paid rent and all bills on the house in spokane.where did the money come from since they dont work for at least a cupple of years i know of ,they did no moor then take advantage of a poor ,disabled,dieing,person that cant live or eat without im 54 years old,who watches out for us ?also i live in everett,wa i dont think i have been in that area in 20 years
